If you want to go and see a West End show but you just can’t decide between them, then there’s a solution coming up later next month when West End LIVE takes to the stage on Trafalgar Square over the weekend of 22 and 23 June.
Organised by Westminster City Council and the Society of London Theatre, West End LIVE will feature a stage performance of at least one number from every West End show running at the moment, from Billy Elliot via The Lion King to Wicked. Pop along between 11am and 6pm on Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday to take a look at the best big shows that London has to offer.
Accompanying the shows there will be exhibits on show from a range of London’s top museums and galleries, to help emphasise to visitors how exciting central London is to visit.
The annual West End LIVE event is always popular every year, particularly if the weather is fine – if we finally get some sun towards the end of June I would suggest turning up early to avoid disappointment…
