Zizzi @ One New Change Gets the Live Art Treatment

You’ll remember that a few weeks ago I went over to Highgate to see Lizzie Mary Cullen creating a work especially commissioned for the re-opening of the Zizzi restaurant in the village. Earlier this evening it was the turn of the Zizzi restaurant that has its grand opening tomorrow night in the One New Change development, just around the corner from St Paul’s Cathedral.

Artist Amy Murray, a graduate of the Edinburgh College of Art, has created a piece inspired by the Victorian heyday of the area where the new restaurant is located. I’ve included some of the images of Amy working (not mine this time – I wasn’t able to attend) but you’ll be interested to note that she’s putting the final touches to it tomorrow night during the official opening. Get yourself down there and there’s the added bonus of a free glass of Prosecco Royale…
