Sleeping Arrangements @ The Landor Theatre From 17 April To 12 May

Sleeping Arrangements, a brand new musical based on Sophie Kinsella’s best-selling novel, is coming to Clapham’s Landor Theatre from 17 April to 12 May.

With words, lyrics and music by Chris Burgess and directed by Robert McWhir, with musical direction by Colin Billing, the production will reprise the story of two families who arrive at an idyllic spot in Spain for a holiday, only to discover that they are double-booked into the same villa – but is the mix-up entirely accidental? Sophie Kinsella had this to say about the new venture:

“I am so excited to see my story on stage in such a hilarious and tuneful musical”

Hopefully the weather will lift by next month so that the audience can also imagine themselves on sun-kissed Spanish beaches!

This new musical is a production by Aria Entertainment, formed in 2011 by Katy Lipson, who has also produced Children Of Eden at the Prince Of Wales, the Mystery Of Edwin Drood and the revival of The Secret Garden musical.

Showtimes are 7:30pm Tuesday thru Thursday with 7pm performances on Friday and matinees on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm. Tickets are priced at £18 (£16 concessions) with preview shows at £15. You can book them by telephone on 020 77377276 or online at the Landor Theatre’s website.
