It was really difficult to pick a suitable subject for the sixth window of my London Advent Calendar – March was chock full of visits to interesting places. On balance though, leaving out museums the most unusual was Kensington Roof Gardens…
Set high above Kensington High St, these ’30s era manicured spaces are breathtaking – they even have a flock of pink flamingos! The roof gardens are usually open to the general public during the day if you would like to see them, but do check first in case there’s a corporate event.
